Booking and Payment
Service Requests
When you submit a booking request through our Website, it does not constitute a confirmed booking. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the details.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance of scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
Pricing
All prices listed on the Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
- More than 7 days before scheduled session: Full refund
- 3-7 days before scheduled session: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before scheduled session: No refund
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Intellectual Property

Recipe Development
